Canazei
The family-run Rifugio Kristiania boasts a splendid terrace overlooking the Dolomite groups of Sella, Sassolungo and Marmolada, in the heart of the Canazei Belvedere ski area.
You'll be happy to sit at the tables, thanks to the mountain-contemporary furnishing style that characterises the bar-restaurant. The menu ranges from dishes of Italian cuisine to those of Ladin tradition, such as homemade canederli, goulashsuppe prepared according to a family recipe, noodles with deer sauce, which are heated during the days spent in the mountains. The menu also offers dishes for vegetarians, as well as hot sandwiches and salads if you want to take a quick break. Excellent desserts, such as strudels, Linzer and Sacher cakes and homemade jam crepes. All this is accompanied by a good selection of wines, with Trentino and national labels, and craft beers.

19 December 2024 - 6 April 2025: every day from 09:00 to 17:00
Closed in summer.
